Welcome to Sol Oasis, our newly renovated cottage situated by Ahmic Lake in the beautiful Municipality of Magnetawan. Immerse yourself in nature and with family and friends through all the experience this little haven has to offer.
The cottage comes with 4 bedrooms that will comfortably fit 8 people. All rooms are furnished with night stands and new beds (3 queen size bed and 1 twin over double size bunk bed). 1 Pack N’ Play, 2 toddler cots and 2 SlumberPods for young children are available upon request for $5. There is a Hello Baby monitor on site though it is highly recommended to bring your own baby monitor. There is also an additional Queen size air mattress available upon request (easily fit in bedroom 1 and bedroom 3) for $15.
There are 2 full bathrooms (1 ensuite and 1 shared) and 1 powder room by the front entrance.
The cottage also comes with an open concept kitchen, fully stocked with new appliances and all your basic cooking needs. The local Magnetawan grocery store and LCBO are approximately 10 mins away. Foodland in Sunridge is approximately 25 mins away.
Next to the kitchen are the dining area and common area. Please contact the host if you need a high chair. There is a roomy couch near the fire stove, perfect for cozy conversations and a round of board games.
Behind the wall facing the kitchen is the TV room with a 3-seater couch where you can dive into the world of your favourite movies and TV shows. Board games are stored in the TV stand.
The back entrance by the TV room leads to the sunroom and the direction towards the lake. The walk from the cottage to the lake is approximately 2 mins. There are 2 kayaks with paddles and life jackets by the private dock available for use. There is a small trial on property that also leads to the lake.
For those who are down for a game of billiard, proceed to the basement to enjoy this entertainment.
In front of the cottage is a large lawn that contains 8 lawn chairs and a fire pit. Firewood are available for purchase - please contact us.
