Welcome to Our Cozy Family Cottage! This is a great place to have a little getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle. This is a four-season cottage, with year-round road access. Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and play games.
Our cozy family cottage is on one acre of land in the small community of Ahmic Harbour Magnetawan Ont! There are 3 bedrooms, plus a loft with lots of open space.
Our cottage is a cozy getaway for families of all ages, and friends of all kinds. It's a great place to enjoy a quiet escape from the busy everyday life with all the amenities of a home. Guests have access to the entire cottage and property.
Lots of amenities for families include a playhouse, swings & climbing structure, darts and foosball table, and a full-size BBQ. We are near waterfalls, beaches, trails, and lakes for exploring.

Our outdoor space is welcoming for children with outdoor play structures including a climbing dome, swings, and a see-saw. Our outdoor firepit is perfect for enjoying an evening fire for roasting marshmallows and gazing at the stars and all that nature has to offer. Aside from relaxation and calm the animal sightings include deer, blue jaws, owls, woodpeckers, squirrels, and more.
The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances including a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, waffle iron, electric grill kettle, Keurig with coffee pods, water cooler, and fully stocked kitchen including pots and pans & day to day necessities.
The water is regularly tested and considered potable. If you prefer not to drink tap water, you are welcome to bring your own water. We have a water cooler that fits 5-gallon water bottles and is easy to use.
Enjoy movies and shows on the new Smart TV with access to Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, and Netflix, and also Wii game console, Blu-ray/DVD player, and various board games. Poker Table and Dartboard.
The waterfront is directly across the road from our cottage. Water access is a 2-minute walk with the public to the beach and docks. Nearby waterfalls and trails for exploring.
For the Snowmobilers our Cottage is located right on the Snowmobile trails and therefore can simply leave from the driveway. The Roads to the cottage are maintained by the Municipality and therefore easy access year round. The cottage is heated with central air through the cooler months and individual fans for the summer months.
The Cottage is a quick 10-12 Minutes from the Town of Magnetawan, and 7 Minutes to Dunchurch where you can pick up extra groceries or ice cream or grab a bite to eat both places also have access to great beaches for the entire family to enjoy. The Hideaway is only a 35 mins drive to Parry Sound and Sundridge both with big box stores.
Screaming Heads and Nesbitt Trails are both within 30 30-minute drive if you do decide to venture away from the cottage

**We include all paper products including Toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, and tea towels. Dishsoap and handsoap for your entire stay
•A Canoe and Kayak with some life jackets(bring your own if you prefer).
•Fire pit bring your own wood.
•BBQ with propane included, kids' outdoor play area.
•The Cottage has one outdoor security camera facing the driveway front entrance to the cottage.
•Guests are to bring their own bedding, linens, and towels needed for the stay. None are provided.
Wi-Fi is available however it can be slow, especially in the evenings. The internet download speed is 10Mbps and the upload is 1Mbps. It allows for Netflix and Disney use!
