It includes three bedrooms, a family room/ dining area, kitchen, 1 + 1/2 baths. Beautiful deck running the full length of the cottage overlooking the lake just ~15 ft away. Two gazebos, one with a fire-pit, sofas and chairs for lounging and one with a dining table for family dinners.
The Cottage is a year round dwelling on a plowed road just off hwy 124. In the winter, when the lake is frozen, you can ski, snowshoe, skate, and ice-fish. The Swiss country restaurant is not far down the lake. Try cross country skiing to the restaurant. Snowmobiling is also very popular on and around the lake.
In the summer the waters are great for all kinds of water sports such as swimming, fishing, and boating. The lake is part of a two lake chain covering approximate approx 58,000 acres. You can boat to close by restaurants and into the town of Magnetawan for groceries, fresh treats from the bakery, or ice cream; Or choose to chill at the cottage and read your book, finish off your memories, or play games with the kids.
