A beautifully renovated and modern cottage situated just feet from the shoreline of 30 island lake. A fire pit, indoor wood stove, beautiful kitchen, and stunning lake views make this place an incredible getaway vacation for you and your friends or family. The large dock allows for suntanning, and beautiful, deep, seaweed-free swimming. With multiple beds, sleeping arrangements will be simple, and you can all enjoy everything that this place has to offer!
The cottage features 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (sleeps 2) and the other a trundle bed (one bed slides out from underneath the other). The living space offers 2 lazy boys, and a couch where you can enjoy spectacular views of the lake. The couch also functions as a pull out sofa bed (sleeps 2), and there is a futon tucked against the wall to offer maximal sleeping space to accommodate extra guests. The kitchen has modern finishes, is stocked with all necessities and even has a dishwasher to make clean up a breeze. The dock allows for beautiful, clear, and deep swimming, with no seaweed or algae! The property also has a BBQ, picnic table, and large lake-side deck complete with patio furniture and a fully functional outdoor fridge (perfect to keep drinks cold while you’re outside)! Lastly, this place comes with a 14 foot aluminum row boat that you can use as well. The lake also has a boat launch if you wish to bring your own boat, and with deep and clear waterfront, docking your boat at the dock in front of the cottage will be simple!
