Upon arrival, you'll notice forest in front and back of our 1.5 acre property with landscaping with native plants. Entering the home you'll appreciate the spacious open concept with a modern cottage vibe from live edge counters, decor & electric fireplace. This combined with a large kitchen, island and couch makes it a great space for multiple families to mingle! There is a dining table inside and outside as well (screened outside area to keep bugs away).
Then go upstairs to the beautifully decorated rooms all offering skylights to look up at the stars at night. You'll love the 2nd fl walkout from the master!
Outside you can enjoy our expansive deck that offers a great entertaining area with a screened dining area, couch set, and hot tub! Walk down the steps to a grassy play area, then to a large fire pit with muskoka chairs all around. Past that appreciate the back half of our land is on one giant feature rock with a water garden in the middle (plants are still babies since it is a new build home).
