Summary: This home had a lovely outdoor space with a dining area and comfortable seating area with a view of Lake Erie. The hot tub was a nice addition, however it was not clean and had a slimy film on it. On our second evening, were had 2 couples and their children over for a bbq btw 7:30 and 9:45pm. Before our guests left at 9:45pm, we had a call from VRBO saying that the host was upset that we had more people staying over than we were allowed and that we needed to clear this up with the host. The host had seen our guests through his cameras. We were able to clear up the misunderstanding with the host by letting him know that there was never an intention for our dinner guests to stay overnight. The incident eventually was cleared up after over 1 hr on the telephone with VRBO and several emails to the host. Unfortunately, this incident and false accusations ruined our stay at this lovely property.
