Welcome to 68 Kozy Kove Road on the picturesque Burnt River in beautiful Kawartha Lakes! You are just about 90 minutes from the GTA, 10 mins from Fenelon Falls and 20 minutes from Bobcaygeon. This pet-friendly retreat has been completely updated and provides you a bright, modern space to relax and recharge. The cottage can accommodate 8 people with 4 bright and spacious bedrooms all with queen size beds. Set on a beautiful almost ½ acre lot, there is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors here!
The property has parking for 4 - 6 vehicles. Enjoy a large outdoor dining area off the large deck. The primary bedroom has access to the deck from a separate entrance. The backyard living space offers patio table, chairs, umbrella, and a propane BBQ with cooking utensils. The backyard has room for all the outdoor games and activities that we love to enjoy at the cottage. Wind down in the evening around the fire pit and make some smores!
For those who love to relax on the water, head down to the dock and relax on the lounger while taking in the beauty of the Burnt River. You can enjoy both boating and fishing on Burnt river. Throw a line in and see if you can catch any walleye, smallmouth bass and muskie that are in this river that is part of the Trent Severn waterway. For those who have boats, there is a public boat launch 10 mins away.
Inside the cottage, the kitchen is well equipped with the essentials including spacious fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster oven, a blender, an ice maker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, bowls, plates, cups, wine glasses, cutlery, etc. The upstairs living room has 2 comfortable couches along with a flatscreen smart TV. The house has 2 full washrooms with stand up showers and each is equipped with all the essentials including a hair dryer, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
There is a downstairs seating area with a large sectional sofa and a recliner chair. Downstairs also has a washer and dryer with a folding table available for use.
Guest access
You will have access to the full 2000 Square foot house and the almost ½ acre property including the large deck, grassed area, and dock. Self-check-in is available with a digital keypad entry.

This cottage is on a well and septic system. Toilet paper ONLY down the drains.
A water cooler has been provided with water bottles available.
Do not drink or cook with the well water.
The river levels may vary throughout the year according to weather conditions. These levels are monitored by the Trent-Severn Waterway. This may affect the shoreline and dock area of the property.
