Summary: The cottage was as shown. Loved that we had so many bedrooms and ensuites. The pool table was a bonus, and all had great fun. The large living room made for easy visiting, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything one needed. The big down side was the lake - very weedy and grassy, so not at all good for swimming. As well, the canoe was very tippy and the paddle boat had a leak. As a result, we took the family to Balsam lake Provincial park to swim. If water activities not a priority, this place is great for big groups. If looking to swim and enjoy the water toys, not so good.
