Come and stay at this beautiful waterfront cottage and experience the true cottage life in the heart of Kawarthas. This cottage offers gorgeous waterviews and direct access to the lake for swimming, fishing and other water activities. We're within a short driving distance to restaurants, national parks, and beaches. Our rental has 3 spacious bedrooms, and a kitchen and living room that are fully equipped for your stay. Heating, Wi-Fi, free parking is also available!
This cottage has one bedroom and one full washroom, kitchen and living area on the main floor. The walk out basement has 2 bedrooms and a second full washroom. There is a large outdoor porch with beautiful views of the lake for you to relax with your group. An outdoor firepit is also available for use (except in April due to Fireban) by the water. The water is shallow entry and is perfect for swimming, fishing and other water activities.

• No Fireworks are allowed in the property at all times. Its against the township by-law.
• Insects and wildlife are a part of cottage country. Please discourage them by keeping doors and screens closed.
• Maximum two pets allowed.
• Pets cannot be left unattended, and we ask that you pick up after your pet.
• Please do not put anything into the toilets but into the trash cans provided in the washrooms for paper towels, Kleenex, tampons, pads, flushable wipes, hair etc
• Please clean and empty fridge, microwave, and Oven.
• Empty all garbage containers.
• There is a fire ban in the region for the month of April. Lighting an outdoor fire at this time will lead to penalties imposed by the city officials.
• GUESTS ARE TO TAKE GARBAGE AND RECYCLE BACK WITH THEM AT THE END OF THEIR STAY.
• Summer seasonal activities (dock, kayak, canoe etc) are available for guest use between Victoria Day weekend to Thanksgiving weekend.
