3 Bedroom Cottage in Dorset, Baysville

Make family memories at this stylish waterfront cottage on Lake of Bays in Muskoka. Private and well-equipped, this comfortable cottage is the ideal retreat for families.
Perfect for a family of 6, this stylish cottage has well-equipped bedrooms with luxurious bedding and comfortable mattresses and pillows: 2 bedrooms each with king beds and private balconies overlooking the lake, and a third bedroom with a bunk (twin over queen). Extra space for families to spread out too!
There is a serene family room opens to the kitchen and dining room and overlooking the lake. The lower level has a TV room and games room with a poker table and games. Enjoy late-night chats with wine or a good book in the morning in the comfortable screened Muskoka Room. There is a fire pit next to the lake (when burning is allowed) and a lovely dock for sunning and play. We have blow-up toys, kayaks and even a paddleboard for kids of all ages.
This is the perfect getaway for fun in the sun!

Summary: We spent a great week at The Bluenose. The cottage was sparklingly clean, very well stocked and equipped for all of our needs. The furnishings & linens are obviously new and of high quality. The location on Lake of Bays is great, as it's just across the water from Robinson's General store, which makes it convenient to grab groceries, wine or an ice cream by boat. The water off the end of dock is deep and clear with the kids spending most of the time there. We enjoyed the firepit by the water a couple of nights which was also nice. The neighborhood appears to be mostly owners, so nice and quiet, which we respected. The drive into the cottage is rustic and a bit of adventure but you are rewarded once you get there!
