The guest has use of the entire home except the garage and locked closets. There are four (4) street parking spaces in the driveway. It is recommended that you have a car.

Our pricing is set for four guests at the home. Any additional guests beyond the initial four will incur an extra $30 per guest. We provide this `value-added service` to ensure you`re billed only for the actual number of guests, not a flat rate for the entire property.
