Canal Lake is a Fishing Paradise either on boat or from the dock (Bass, Pike, Sunfish, etc). We have many snowmobile trails nearby: Plantain Trail in Kirkfield 13KM, Balsam Provincial Park Trail in Coboconk 13KM tomention a few. Only 5 min. drive away on Hwy 48 we have an amazing grocery/fruit/vegge store which includes an LCBO and Garden Centre. You can access almost everythhing from your vacation needs.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

☉ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
☉ Early check-in's & late departures may be available if cleaning and maintenance schedules permit. We try our best to accommodate guests schedules, however, unauthorized late check outs will result in a $100 per hour charge due to delay in cleaning and maintenance.
☉ No parties or unauthorized guests at this property or there will be extra charges.
☉ No pets allowed please as I am highly allergic to pets and I supervise the cleaning myself.
☉ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony, patio, and pool area. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Please ensure that all garbage is properly disposed of at the nearest garbage dump. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a fine of $100.
