Walking distance from "The Freeze", which has fast food ice cream. Half mile from grocery store, liquor store, gas station, & Dairy Queen or Subway. It is in a neighborhood where there is a mix of low income apartment housing, single family homes, and a block away from a trailer court. It’s not in an upscale neighborhood. There is a Jefferson Lines stop about 2 blocks away. Only a 4 minute Uber to downtown Fargo.
