Unit has 2 bedrooms, one bath, enclosed attached large garage, and also an enclosed patio with screens and windows. Patio has a beautiful view of a large back yard with flowers and gardens. Everything is on ground level with no steps to worry about. Very easy for a person with limited mobility to get around. The building owner pays all utilities including heat, water, and garbage. Your only bill is electric plus your phone. I want a person who will sign a 6 month lease starting Oct 1, 2024 or soon after depending on repainting, etc.
The owner does all lawn mowing and major snow removal. Shared use of a laundry room with free washer and dryer is provided. Unit is located on the west side of town on Poplar.
