Summary: I've stayed at this facility several times and this was the weakest of my visits. The TV wouldnt turn on and the only solution I was offered was to switch rooms after we had already settled into our room and the only room offered was 1 king(rather than 2 queens) which was unacceptable for our party. Seems they either have no staff to service the TV or no back up TVs available.
