This lovely home is situated in the charming "Old Town Heritage District" of Niagara-on-the-Lake, just a 20-minute walk from Queen and King Streets.
It features 1 king-sized bed, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and a sofa bed in a private upstairs room. With 3.5 bathrooms, it can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
This wonderful year round home is just a short walk to the charming "Old Town Heritage District" of Niagara-on-the-lake with its unique atmosphere. Head out the door and walk to town for lunch and browse the shops, art galleries & world renowned theaters. The public library and community center with a café shop is only steps away as well as the public transit bus that takes you around town and the largest factory outlet mall in the area. Walk to the famous Jackson-Triggs Winery and enjoy many events and concerts.
Come back home and relax at this comfortable three bedroom, 4 bath house. This home offers a nice floor plan with two spacious bedrooms upstairs and additional sitting room with TV and pull out sofa bed. Master bedroom with en-suite bath is on the main level. Plenty of space to gather in the kitchen and dining area which is open to the Great Room. The Great Room is bright and airy with vaulted ceiling and lots of natural light.
In the basement you will find another family room with lot of children's toys, books, games tables. Office desk and chair and another full bathroom.
Take a tour of local wineries and micro breweries, a relaxing stroll in the "Old Town Heritage District" to browse the unique shops or the lakeside boardwalk. Once you’ve stayed the first time we know you’ll keep coming back to the Maplewood house.
You must be at least 25 years old to book this property. There is a flat rate for up to 8 guests, which is the maximum allowed. Please specify the number of guests at the time of booking, and any changes afterward must be approved by the host. Extra guests are not permitted without prior notice.
Please note that street parking is not allowed. We have a large driveway available, so please park only in our designated area.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: We strive to accommodate our guests’ early check-in requests. If we don’t have guests staying the night before, we can usually offer early check-in as early as you need. If there are guests checking out on the morning of your arrival, we can likely offer check-in around 3 PM at the latest. Unfortunately, we won’t know how early we can accommodate check-in until the day before your arrival, so please check in with us again then.
For check-out, we would appreciate it if you could leave by 11 AM, as our cleaning shifts are pre-scheduled. Thank you for your understanding!
