A $500 pre-authorized hold will be placed on your credit card a few days before check-out for incidentals. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold—and it will be automatically released within a few days after your stay, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Effective Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025, the Sunset Beach property (including beach access) will be fully closed to the public as it becomes an active construction site for the $6.9-million Sunset Beach Renovation Project. Project completion is expected in time for the 2026 beach season.

- No bon fires or firepits. (City by-law) Outdoor noise but be kept to a reasonable volume in respect of our neighbours.
- Outdoor quiet hours between 9pm-9am.
