Owner lives in separate unit on lower level. I like to greet you in the driveway area if I'm here. The upstairs is 1400 sq feet and is set up for guest and event rentals. Ethical because it’s not taking housing from anyone, merely helping me pay my bills and facilitate affordable tourism.
