PRIME LOCATION.. .The apartment building is 10 minutes from Eglinton Station, Metro Line #1 ,from where you could cross the Toronto city in 30 minute to 45 minutes, 5 minutes to bus #74 Mt. Pleasant - St. Clair subway station.
ONE FULLY FURNISHED QUEEN SIZE BED in the Room and it is in a Two-bedrooms Condo style building. The building is separated from the street by a Patio-Garden with benches(No traffic noise). There is indoor pool length 25 meters, gym, squash, tennis court, no extra fee, the use of these facilities are included in the rent.

Rent includes all utilities and WIFI.
This room has a queen size bed very comfortable, 3 drawers, wardrobe and a desk and chairs. The room is looking south , we can see the CN tower, and the Ontario lake. There is a balcony in the 2 bedroom where we can enjoy fresh air and sun bath.
