We've been hosting international & Canadian students for 3 years now, we ourselves were students away from home so we understand the new challenges for students having to study away from Families. We appreciate everyone's life story and we're grateful for our own.
We love the neighborhood, 5 min to riverside trail and all the water activities in summer like water tubing and kayak, 10 min to town for grocery and restaurants, bus route #57 right in front of the house 10-15 min to Conestoga doon or university of Waterloo architecture.
Lower level is semiprivate area with one room for one guest.
It's a big deal to have to find a place to stay so questions are welcomed.

This room is located in the lower level, about 110 sqft, fully furnished with one twin size bed which can be altered to a queen size bed.
Semiprivate bathroom, kitchen dining area, entrance only shared with host family occasionally.
