- This apartment is in a basement. Standard basement ceiling heigh 7ft.
- We live upstairs. Expect some general noise that comes with living below people but we are quiet and respectful of normal hours and expect you as guests to also be.
- No loud noise after 11pm. (we will offer you the same respect)
