The master suite is also located on the main floor with a full size bathroom which includes a Jacuzzi tub, also lakeside. There is a gas fireplace on the main floor with a beautiful deck just off the living area with full glass decking overlooking the lake. The lower level includes two spacious bedrooms (one facing the lake) and one full size bathroom and a large family room area with a pool table and beautiful, spacious bar with additional seating. This area also includes a table for playing cards and other table games. You can also play darts. There is a full beautiful deck on the lower level overlooking the lake. The yard is beautifully landscaped with an outdoor fire pit and plenty of yard space for outdoor fun yard games and activities. There is a nice dock that includes a beautiful Premier pontoon available for rent daily or weekly. The public access to the lake is only 2-3 miles down the road and there is a beautiful lakefront restaurant just 1-2 miles across the lake.
