One of the best waterfront views in Kawartha Lakes, if not the best! Perfect for couples or families. Fully equipped cottage, located 1hr north of Toronto. Grocery stores near by. Short distance to Orillia (20 min). Enjoy a concert of loons every dusk and dawn, spectacular sunsets. Close to nature, but not too far away from commodities.
The Space:
This is a single story cottage that has it all: retro cottage with modern amenities, a private great location, and proximity to all that Kawartha Lakes has to offer.
All the rooms in the cottage have magnificent lake views. The kitchen is right next to the living and dining rooms. The sunroom is on the front of the cottage and provides a complete view of the waterfront.
The BBQ (Weber) is conveniently located on the deck just outside the sunroom. There is a patio set on the cement pad which is great for lakeside meals, drinks or morning coffee.
The master bedroom conveniently located next to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a set of bunkbeds. Both bedrooms have dressers for storage.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire cottage, including the bunkie. There is plenty of room for parking.
The kitchen is well equipped (large refridgerator/ freezer, stove, oven, microwave, blender, rice cooker, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, kettle and dishes, pans etc) with all the utensils for any guest who is planning to cook during their stay. Basic cooking oil, salt and pepper are available.
Wifi and satellite TV are included in the stay.
We provide towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and clean sheets.
Guests will enjoy a private stay without having to share space with the owners or other guests.
The cottage is located down a private road. It is a quiet, family friendly area. The property is very private.
