Where will I be?
Penzance is a unique beachfront property in a truly stunning location with uninterrupted views north from the Gerroa peninsula. Less than two hours from Sydney but miles away from care, come and experience the wonders of Penzance and the beautiful South Coast. Fabulous diving, surfing and fishing at your doorstep with the golf course just around the headland. Take in the romance of the property, taste the wines at the local vineyards or indulge in fine dining and boutique shopping.
Why choose Penzance?
Have breakfast with the whales and dolphins as you watch the sunrise over the ocean from the expansive decks on both levels. The property has absolute frontage to deserted Shelley Beach with a backdrop of lush green rolling hills.
How is the property laid out?
Penzance is a double storey, four bedroom beach home. Upstairs there is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area which has seating for eight and adjoins the comfortable lounge area that flows out to the expansive deck overlooking the ocean. Also on this level is the main king bedroom, with ensuite and walk in robe, and the main bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.
Downstairs is a sunroom with TV/DVD player and three more bedrooms - one queen, and two twin rooms with single beds and one bathroom/laundry with shower, toilet and vanity.
Please note - Part of the downstairs area is locked and not for guest use.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
The large decks front the ocean on both levels. The top level has an outdoor setting for eight guests. The downstairs deck has a BBQ, outdoor setting and teak settee.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Penzance has two electric "log fire" heaters in the main living area and oil heaters in each bedroom. There are ceiling fan in the main living area.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for four cars on the driveway.
