The cottage comes with a magic floating carpet, a kayak and two stand up paddle boards. One is for kids up to 110 LBS and the other is for adults. We have a few sizes of life jackets, however we recommend bringing your own for proper sizing and additional safety.
Port Maitland is a small community in Haldimand County, Ontario. It is on the North shore of Lake Erie at the mouth of the Grand River. There are two separate upper decks accessed by way of sliding glass doors. One is off of the main floor of the mainhouse and the other is situated off the primary suite. Perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The Port Maitland Pier is only a short walk from the cottage along the beach or road. There is fantastic fishing at the pier and there is a bait shop on site. Dunnville is a ten minute drive and has a Beer Store, Liquor Store, several grocery stores and many charming, privately owned restaurants and shops. There is a farmers market. The public boat launch is a 5 minute drive from the cottage.
