Outside has two unique water feature. One has a waterfall that goes from the rear of the cottage and under a walkway joining the main and master and then runs to the lake - with stepping stones to cross through. The other water feature is is build up against the rear of the cottage and is a waterfall into a pond- visible form the rear of the house and main living room
The dock has room to park 6 boats and can sit 15 people or more. The water is deep off the end of the dock, or you can walk in off the sand beach. The water is clean and has no weeds.
