Located at the 10MM in Sunrise Beach, Hawk's Landing offers quick access to some of the Lake's best attractions. You're close to Captain Ron's, Paradise, and The Cave by road, or Frankie and Louie's, Alhonna, and Camden on the Lake for lakeside dining and entertainment. Drive to Laurie for groceries, shopping, and local restaurants. Fish from the dock, take your boat out to the lake bars, or enjoy seasonal events, golf courses, and the famous Bagnell Dam Strip just a short drive away.
Other Things to Note:
• We supply propane for the flat top grill
• Wood is not provided for the fire pit
• Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
• This property is accessed through a mix of paved and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards

We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
