We are sure you will fall in love with our warm and spacious two-story all season lakefront beach house! Located in a quiet community minutes away from Ontario's premium vacation destination, Grand Bend, ON, our beach house is the perfect getaway for families and mature adults.
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage offers incredible views of the lake from the sunroom, one main floor bedroom and the loft. There is enough room to host 8 guests. Please confirm number of guest with us prior to booking. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Enjoy a fire around our outdoor fire pit (1 box of wood provided to get you started) or take a walk along the shoreline to Grand Bend, right from our private beach. It will take you about an hour to get to the Bend on foot.
We have 3 TVs (1 smart, 2 fire sticks so you can access your own Netflix/Prime accounts) located in the living room Lakeview bedroom and the loft). We also have an Xbox One available in bedroom 2 with a small TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes and serving trays. Small appliances include: Fridge, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee machine (filters provided), Keurig, waffle maker, kettle, Nutri blender, toaster, small crockpot, hand mixer and griddle. Natural gas outdoor BBQ available so you don't have to worry about propane. Washer and dryer also available. Natural gas stone fireplace on the main floor and an additional gas fireplace in the loft to keep you cozy all winter long.
Please bring your own bed linens for 2 king and 2 queen beds and pillows.
We provide 8 bath towels, 6 hand towels, and 8 face cloths. All mattresses will have a mattress protector on them and one blanket will be provided as shown in pictures. Please bring extra blankets/comforters if you wish.
