Summary: This was my second stay at your hotel, and this time I brought my family. Unfortunately, our experience began with a very concerning first impression. Upon entering our room and looking into the washroom, we discovered that one of the towels provided for our use had visible human feces on it. I immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk, and while I did receive an apology, the response felt insufficient given the seriousness of the matter. This is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns about the quality control and attention to detail in your housekeeping and overall operations. A guest should never have to experience something so unsanitary, especially in what is supposed to be a clean and welcoming environment. This situation not only grossed out my entire family but also undermined our trust in the cleanliness standards of your establishment. I strongly urge you to review your processes and implement stricter quality checks to ensure this never happens again. Your guests deserve far better, and this level of oversight is simply not acceptable.
