If you are a large group or a big family and want to enjoy in an independent, private, detached house, you have reached your destination. This is a very spacious, about 3300 sq feet, furnished house, still very economical. Located in the beautiful Town of Stony Creek, (East Hamilton) backing on to Escarpment Hills and just 15 min from Hamilton Downtown, 5 min from major highways like Red Hill Valley Parkway and QEW. You are only 45 min to Toronto and 35 min to Niagara Falls by car. House comes with four large bedrooms upper level and a den/small bedroom at ground level with two twin mattresses. So in total, I can accommodate up to 10 persons easily. Lower level has a living room and a separate dining room. Upstairs are four bedrooms, with queen size beds in each. Each bedroom is attached with washroom. (Master bedroom has attached en suit and another bedroom has full attached bathroom, and rest of two bedrooms are attached via another full, Jack and Jill washroom). A half washroom is located at the ground level. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and electric cattle. I also supply cooking pots and pans and all necessary cutlery. You can enjoy free unlimited high speed internet whose info can be found at the kitchen window. I also have a crib for the baby. There is a TV in the living room with Amazon TV stick, a better alternative of cable. Basement is unfinished, locked and off limits. There are four free parking on the driveway. Please note that any kind of party or gathering is strictly prohibited in this house. I will send you a lockbox code on your check in day, and you can check in at your own schedule after 4pm.
