Eleanor Hall is a Grade II* listed manor house set within 21 acres of private parkland at Knowle in the West Midlands, sleeping up to 18 guests across five bedrooms. It suits celebrations, family gatherings, retreats and corporate stays, with a cinema room, hot tub and open parkland to walk.
The House
Dating back to the 19th century, the house has been rescued from disrepair and restored throughout. Interiors are rich in character, with ornate ceilings and original fireplaces balanced by contemporary comforts. Three reception rooms allow guests to spend time together or retreat into quieter corners, and a Sonos system runs through the house.
It has also been used as a filming location, appearing in ITV`s Joan, starring Sophie Turner, alongside Meet the Khans and Channel 4`s The Love Trap.
Bedrooms
Five individually styled bedrooms each have a king bed, and four bedrooms also have a sofa bed, so those rooms can sleep up to four. Two bedrooms are ensuite and the remaining three share a mezzanine family bathroom. A further sofa bed can be made up in the morning room on the ground floor, which has an adjoining cloakroom.
Dining and Kitchen
The dining room seats the whole group around one table, making shared meals the heart of any stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering or a private chef, with an electric oven, steam oven, induction hob, warming drawers and an American style fridge freezer.
Leisure
The cinema room has a four metre screen, stereo sound and an Xbox, and the table tennis table can be set up whenever it is wanted. Outside, the lawn has room for croquet and football, and the children`s play area includes swings, an in-ground trampoline and a treehouse. The terrace has outdoor seating, a fire pit, a hot tub and a gas BBQ under the pergola.
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome on request.

• Please adhere to all signage with regards to parking. Do not park anywhere which may cause a nuisance to our neighbours.
• Noise. Please respect our neighbours, in particular, with regards to noise – consider children’s bedtimes. Your gathering must be brought inside by 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends to control noise.
• The pools and hot tubs may be check during your stay by the caretaker. Please be aware that he may be on the premises for this and for other maintenance purposes.
• The hot tub cover is for keeping the heat in, not for safety. Remove it fully before use and never sit or stand on it, as it will not support your weight.
• Please ensure to use the designated smoking areas only.
• Only wood is to be burned in our fires and these must be extinguished if left or when you go to bed.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub.
• The hot tub must be filled with water at all times. If the water level falls below the top water jets it must be refilled immediately.
• If the pool or hot tub water is not completely clear it must not be used. Please inform us immediately if this happens.
• No glass to be taken to the pool or hot tub.
• If bringing dogs with you, please ensure to keep them under control and away from any livestock.
• Do not use any glitter or confetti. No decorations are to be sellotaped, pinned or blue tacked to the walls or doors.
• We do not allow fireworks, external speakers, DJ’s, marquees, or day guests exceeding the maximum number of guests at the property.
• Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times. If playing music indoors during the evenings, please ensure to keep any windows closed.
When You Leave
• The house must be vacated by 11am at the latest.
• All rubbish must be removed from the house and gardens, and placed in the correct bins outside.
• All washing up must be done or loaded into the dishwasher.
• All unused food is to be thrown away or taken with you.
• All furniture and items must be returned to where they came from.
