There are two cozy living areas for guests to hang out and relax. The lower level has a large smart TV and a poker table with a walk-out patio to grills and a picnic table. the lower level features a full bathroom, a sleeping area with a queen bed, and a living space. The main level has a kitchen with a dining table, 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and a living space featuring a gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a television and king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The loft has a full bathroom and three twin beds. Every room has been newly updated with unique touches that will make your stay restful and luxurious.
Guests at the Villas enjoy complimentary use of our outdoor pool and spa, tennis court, pickle ball court, playground area, private lakefront beach with firepits and scenic walking trails along Wynne Lake. Our guests also enjoy easy access to over 135 miles of paved biking trails on the Mesabi Trail which runs next to the Villas. The Villas at Giants Ridge is conveniently located across the street from the Giants Ridge mountain bike park, which is on track to become the largest lift-served bike park in the entire Midwest.
Of course, the Villas is also located between the award-winning Legend and Quarry golf courses. There are 2 paddle boards with optional detachable kayak seats included in your unit and guests of the Villas can rent kayaks, canoes, paddleboards and paddleboats from the welcome center for $35/hour to explore the lake. Wynne Lake offers 278 acres of beautiful scenery and is connected by a narrow channel to Sabin Lake, another 314 acres of water. Northern pike, walleye, sunfish and perch can be found in these waters.
In the winter - Giants Ridge Ski resort is directly across the street for downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, fat tire biking, and tubing. Giants Ridge offers 35 downhill ski runs, over 60 km of the finest-groomed nordic ski trails and the best snowboarding terrain park in Minnesota.
The Villas also provide our guests hassle-free access to 2,000 miles of immaculately groomed snowmobile trails! The snowmobile trails on the Iron Range are also dotted with convenient fuel and dining stops along the way.
