Downstairs is a walkout basement with more stunning lake views, another family room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and game area with a ping pong table. The large deck off the back faces the sunrise and is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or listening to the loons with a glass of wine in the evening. Follow the attractive pave stone path and take only a few steps down to the lake shore and start enjoying all that living on the lake has to offer. Paddle boat, paddle board, kids kayaks are there for use. Fishing is great right off the dock!
This is a great place for a family get away, girls weekend, fishing trip etc. Spacious enough for 2 families to enjoy. Very kid friendly with a rainbow playground, house stocked with games and ping pong table.
Once the lake freezes over enjoy the ice skating area for hockey or figure skating or punch a hole through the ice for some ice fishing. The house also has garage parking and a big driveway with plenty of space for boat parking.
