This 1880s historic red brick former church has been lovingly renovated and is situated on a half acre just 5 minutes from downtown Kemptville ON. This beautiful property is close numerous outdoor adventure spots including the Ferguson Forest, the Rideau River, the South Nation River and the mighty St. Lawrence River.
This self check-in converted church has everything you need for a relaxing retreat. With beautiful pine floors and a spacious open concept living area, you’ll have plenty of space to recharge and enjoy some down time. The main floor features 30-foot ceilings and 8 foot high windows. For the colder months there is a cozy instant-on fireplace. The large gourmet kitchen allows the chef to be part of the conversation and is perfect for entertaining.
There are 4 bedrooms, including a queen bedroom on the main floor, a queen bedroom and a king bedroom on the lower level. The upstairs loft area has a semi private bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a Murphy bed in the lower level study. For extra guests, the living room couch on the lower level converts to a double bed.
The lower level features 9 foot ceilings and warm cork flooring throughout. The lower level also features a kitchen, a living area and two 4 piece bathrooms, both with jetted tubs. The main floor 3 piece bathroom features a large walk in shower. The lower level also features a 4 person Infrared sauna for health and relaxation.
