This is a charming & authentic family-owned cottage located directly on Kulas Lake. You can walk right into the water. A long dock is provided to walk or sit on to view the spectacular sunsets. A canoe, two kayaks and various water toys are available for your use. You can spend a day using the kayaks or canoe paddling through five interlocking lakes taking a packed lunch while seeing other gorgeous lakes with their own scenic views.

Beautiful, private location

We loved our experience at this cottage. The property was private and quiet, the beach was lovely, and the views were unbelievable! We had no idea how gorgeous Barry's Bay is until we stayed here - the most beautiful views from the whole cottage :) Having access to the canoe and kayaks made our stay even more amazing, and we had so much fun going around the lake discovering new areas. The screened-in porch is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the views! The firepit was so fun at night, and wood was even left for us to make a fire. We were lucky to stay at the peak of the meteor shower, which we could see from inside and outside the cottage. The property was clean and Susan is so nice! Thank you for providing us with a beautiful holiday at your cottage!

A Piece Of History.
This cottage is exactly what you picture when you think of a "family owned" cottage in Ontario. Full of history and signs of fun from the past! Great, clean lake, good fishing, lovely screened porch for those bug filled nights! Was so happy to hear a bit of it's history while conversing with the property owner. Awesome place Susan, Thanks!

cottage by the lake
I was a really nice hippie cottage and lovely to swim everyday by the lake. It was nice to have the canoe to go out on the lake. Nice and Quiet. The property owner was prompt when called to ask questions. Otherwise it was a lovely place to stay and would come back.
