There are 3 moderate sized bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, a large living room, and a great screen porch area with sliding glass doors in the back overlooking the woods. The house is situated privately on a sand dune with multiple steps down to about a thirty foot beach. There is always excellent swimming. The house is a 20 minute drive from Buffalo, New York.
