PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED with ANTI-bacterium products, floor's to night stands to washroom and dining. We try NO SPOT is left untouched. Our house is blocked ONE DAY before every booking.
Beautiful open concept, Sound-resistant, Duplex Bungalow with hard wood floors, new kitchen & washroom and designer furniture, a fenced-in yard and many windows.
Centrally located, 2 mins walk to park, 2 mins drive to bank, grocery stores, Canadian tire, no frills, restaurants. 5 mins to the highway.
The space
I value cleanliness more than anything. I make sure that the house is professionally cleaned before every check-in. Anti bacterium products are used for cleaning the floors, nightstand to washrooms. I do not accept back to back bookings.
All the three bedrooms have high quality mattresses for a great sleep.
Guest access
The guests have the access to the entire upstairs unit. The Laundry room is shared, Kindly coordinate with me for using the laundry.
Other things to note
The basement of the house is occupied, the duplex unit is sound resistant making it comfortable for both the units. both units are independent with seperate entrances and ample of parking.
No smoking or parties are allowed at the house, if house rule is broken a penalty of entire security deposit will be charged for violating. We do everything we can to protect our clients and cleaners from the spread of the virus but do not take any responsibility. If you have any question in regards to the way our house is cleaned and the instructions passed to the cleaners please do not hesitate to contact me.
