This stunning property is on Lake Muskoka and includes a large cottage and bunkie apartment, all newly renovated. Enjoy lake-life to its fullest with a four kayaks, paddleboats, outdoor firepit, and a screened-in outdoor dining and lounge deck.

1. Close and lock all doors and windows when you leave both the Cottage and Bunkie.
2. No candles. None. Instead, we provide flameless, battery-operated candles for you to use. Condo Rules:
3. No smoking, vaping, pipes, etc.
4. No parties, extra guests, noisy gatherings, excessive drinking, no drugs, no weapons, portable grills, firearms, or fees incurred. Neighbors will report.
5. When using the dishwasher, wipe off food pieces and wrappers from dishes.
6. Please clean up any extra out-of-the-ordinary mess. Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Extra charge of minimum $100 if there is a large liquid spill on material surfaces. Please practice normal guest consideration.
7. Follow standard check out a protocol which includes putting all trash in garbage bags or cans (not scattered about and none in the toilet), and leaving things tidy so cleaners can focus on deep cleaning.
Please note 3rd party failures are not the responsibility of the host. In that, if there is a failure due to a wireless outage or electrical failure or some other failure, please notify us immediately and we will fix it as soon as we can if it is within our control. We cannot be financially responsible for utility outages that occur beyond our control.
