This three-bedroom lakefront cottage is situated on a 41-acre private recreational area and is perfect for a family or friend reunion. The cottage can comfortably accommodate six adults plus children, and up to five vehicles can be parked on the driveway. It is fully air-conditioned and has a living room with a separate dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, 4-burner stove with oven, fridge, and cutlery.
One bedroom is located on the main floor and has a queen-size bed, while the other two bedrooms are on the first floor and have double beds.

It's a 25-minute drive to the town of Napanee and 80 km to the beautiful Thousand Islands. The cottage is perfect for fishing enthusiasts, as White Lake is known for walleye, bass, pike, and giant perch. You can clean your catch and grill it right away on the lake. The water at the end of the dock is about four feet deep, and the cottage has its own private dock and ramp to the water. You can swim or relax in the private gazebo beside the lake. It's a very quiet and clean area to spend your days, and you can bring your own canoe or boat to the lake.
