Short drive to one of 3 rivers (Head River, Black River or Severn River) or 3 lakes : lake Couchiching (8 min),Lake Simcoe 15 min), Head lake (10 min) with a sandy beaches.
This spacious 4-season log house surrounded by the gorgeous woodland, is perfectly placed for languid days on the loan or heart-thumping hikes.
With the cottage's privacy and serenity and sunny decking you’d be forgiven for not venturing beyond the borders of the grounds. If one must leave, there are footpaths from the back door to explore, wander the woodland.
Plenty of opportunities for fun activities like canoeing on the lakes or hiking the trails.

This 2,500 sq.ft vacation cottage has wrap around ,covered deck ,4 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms.
Bedroom #1 - Queen bed , has it's own bathroom, walk in closet,

Bedroom #3 - Queen bed, Closet with hungers
Bedroom #4 - room with bunk bed.
Second bathroom is on the same level with bedrooms.
Each bathroom has 2 thinks ,toilet and shower.
1 more toilet located on the main floor.
Laundry room is on the main floor (washer and drier) as an alternative you could dry your laundry outside. You will see the Clothesline.
All water in a cottage a triple and UV filtered.
Walk out basement has a couches and a pool table. You will find folding chairs over there as well.
Outside on the deck you will find a BBQ with propane tank, reclining chairs , fancy chairs and small table.
