Crystal Bay Rentals - The Palms Bnb is a great house for your family and friends. We are in a prime location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. With plenty of space to sit, play and relax, you are sure to have a great time. Our home is fully equipped with a brand new hot tub, gas BBQ, outdoor fire pit,and plenty of outdoor space. We have a huge side yard that is ideal for lawn games. We also have some awesome board games for all ages. Come and check it out for yourself!
The property sits on a large double lot, giving your much space to enjoy the outdoors. The house is two levels with bathrooms on both levels. We have a games area in the three season sunroom. There is laundry on the main level of the house, and a great walk out porch with plenty of seating for outdoor dining. We have a gas bbq for your use, and loungers to soak up the sun. From the back patio you can access the hot tub, which can be enjoyed year round! There is room for up to two cars to park, with free street parking. You will have full, private access to the house.
It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible. We are flexible on check in and out times. If you are looking for early check in or out, we will do what we can to accomodate us. Just ask ahead of time!
The neighbourhood is quiet. There is a kids park right across the street, and minutes to all of the best shops and restaurants in Crystal Beach. We are walking distance to pretty much everything. You would just need to drive to the grocery store. We are minutes from the Friendship Trail, which is a long paved trail for walking, running, cycling, or rollerblading. Very close to the fun! Minutes from restaurants, shops & the beach!
No smoking inside the house. HST excluded in price. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old. We are happy to host your pet as well. Additional fee for pets will be charged.
