This cozy Ontario cottage is perfect for enjoying the summer days along the Trent River, or a convenient spot to go on day trips in the area with lots of great activities to do in Eastern Ontario. It's only a 5 mins drive to the quaint town of Campbellford ( there you have grocery stores, LCBO, gas station, a fabulous bakery and numerous restaurants. Only a 1.5 hour drive from Toronto, Trentmoe is a perfect getaway for a family or couples that are looking for that traditional cottage experience with peace, privacy and relaxation, beautiful views and a large backyard with a patio, perfect for a family barbeque or lounging.
As you enter the cottage, you are greeted to an open space - a beautiful, gleaming kitchen and living room. Just next to the kitchen, you will find a dining table capable of seating 6 people. The living room includes a comfy sectional sofa, fireplace and a Smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi . The kitchen is fully-equipped (with a dishwasher) and includes all of the necessary utensils and accessories to make a large family meal for the group. Inside of hallway closet you will find numerous board games to keep the fun going.
Facing the river, the back deck features beautiful views of the Trent River , a large umbrella and dinning table with seating for 6. You'll also find seating on the dock to enjoy the waterfront view while sipping on your morning coffee. The cottage also includes two kayaks and lifejackets in varying sizes. A BBQ Grill is ready for use with Propane included.
Trentmoe provides you with a comfortable place to stay while you explore the Trent Waterway, the shops and attractions in Brighton and Campbellford, and many nearby parks and attractions, including the World's Finest Chocolate Factory, The Rotary Trail, Ferris Provincial Park, Ranney Gorge Suspension Bridge, Giant Toonie Monument, Healey Falls, Church-Key Brewing Company and Empire Cheese. With so many things to do in Eastern Ontario, you'll never run bored in and around, this cottage.

Things you need to know:
- This rental does NOT accept Pets. (strictly prohibited)
-Linens and towels are NOT provided - you need to bring your own
- Pillows are provided (pillows have protective cover, but you still need pillow cases)
-Rental include a cleaning service, however, the cottage must be left in a tidy condition
- Absolutely No Smoking inside. if you do smoke outside, kindly dispose of all cigarette butts and don't leave any on the ground.
- Only bodily waste materials and toilet paper can be flushed, as it is a septic system.
- Be respectful of loud music and music should not be ongoing from10pm-8am.
- All GARBAGE, compost and recycling are the responsibility of guests. keep garbage indoors, as animals may get into it. Failure to remove your garbage upon check out will incur a $15 per bag for disposal.
- Under no circumstances do we permit large parties/events, fireworks, unauthorized guests, trailers, indoor smoking/vaping or use of illegal drugs. Such infringements will result in loss of your rental fee and immediate eviction of the property.
*Waterfront
-The flat property provides easy access to the waterfront for everyone. The waterfront is weed Free and fun for swimming. The water has gradual rock bottom for entry. You have about 10 -12 feet of shallow water then it gets deeper. The dock has a ladder providing easy access into the water, and there's plenty of docking space to bring your own boat!
