PROPERTY
ROSSEAU LAKE HOUSE consists of a three bedroom plus loft cottage and a boathouse with a ping pong table.
The cottage has two Queen bedrooms , and a bedroom that offers two twin beds (easily converts into a King bed) plus a spiral staircase leading to a loft with a Double bed and twin. Great Room, dining table for 8 people and lovely spacious deck with outdoor sitting area along with a BBQ. The lower cottage offers more accommodations with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with a kitchen and living room space with TV.
Waterfront has a shallow entry with sandy bottom into Lake Rosseau, which makes it ideal for kids, but drops off to 4-5' deep at the end of the dock. Property is located on Arthurlie Bay, but still within walking distance to Port Carling.
