No Parties. Parties are not allowed!
No Additional Overnight Guests. Extra guest fees will be charged if additional bedrooms are used than initially indicated or if more than noted guests stay the night as cleaning/laundry costs go up
Quiet Hours. Please help us keep this neighborhood a place of relaxation by respecting our neighbors. Quiet Time is 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!
Outdoor Eating Area. There is a beautiful fenced in back yard with a deck. The deck has a table that seats 6 & a gas grill available. Please clean the grill after each use, so it is ready for the next guest.
Lawn Maintenance. To keep the yard looking great, our team may be tending to the grass during your stay. Estimated time for lawn care is less than 2 hours.
Parking. Free street parking. *No street parking when it snows (until plows have cleared the streets).
Smoking. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on or around the home.
Pets. No pets are allowed on the premises.
Additional Notes/Rules:
- Fireplace is for decorative use only. No fires permitted.
- The single size rollaway bed is available upon request prior to arrival.
- Must sign rental agreement & contact form within 24 hours of booking.
- Security deposit may be required up to $300.
- Self check-in with smart lock.
