Cozy living room with a propane fireplace on the main floor and a TV and games room on the lower floor. Fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Large backyard with a patio and enclosed fire pit. Beautiful river-front view with a dock surrounding by trees.

House Rules:
1. No smoking indoors. Please remove your shoes while inside.
2. Guests are to wash all dishes and put them away before checking out, garbage is also to be dropped off at the private garbage bins when leaving.
3. We operate on a septic system so please do not place harsh chemicals or grease down the sink. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet.
4. We provide bed linens, duvets with duvet covers, pillows with pillow cases, and throw blankets. Please bring your own towels (not provided) and you may bring your own linens if you prefer.
5. If you are bringing a pet, you are responsible for cleaning any animal waste on the property.
6. No parties. No overnight guests that are not part of the original booking unless permission given by host in advance.
