**Due to HOA restrictions for short-term rentals in the complex, and in accordance with the city of Dana Point, I am only allowed one renter per 30 days. Some seasonal pricing may show a lower minimum stay, but that is just due to pricing table limitations. Guests can stay fewer than 30 days, but I must block out the full 30 day period per customer.
