Villa Tara offers a fantastic central location in SW Cape Coral and quick access to Fort Myers. The beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva as well as Fort Myers Beach are a short 35 min drive. The outlet shops at Miromar are 35 min from the house and you will find a variety of restaurants, stores, golf courses, and entertainment all within a 5-15 min drive from the vacation home.
The home offers a screened in swimming pool with electric heater, as well as water views across the gulf access canal. Gulf access to the Gulf of Mexico by boat via the San Carlos Canal. Absolutey no pets.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 11:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available, but require prior approval by Agent.
Payment Terms and Conditions: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.
All rates are plus 11.5% tax.
