Villa Somnia is a brand new cottage absolutely perfect for your family vacation! Located on a sheltered part of Little Bald lake, this cottage features an open concept living room, two water facing terraces, clear waters, plenty of games and activites, and lots of gently sloped land for kids to play and roam.
The Space:
Designed with the perfect cottage getaway in mind, the main cottage features a spacious kitchen, large open living area, and floor to ceiling windows to marvel at the view of the lake. Step outside for some fresh air on the main level terrace. On the main floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Upstairs you will find the master suite, a stunning open concept bedroom with a private bathroom and private terrace overlooking the water.
You also have access to a second house! Above the garage there is a large open room with two more bunk beds, so everyone in your group can sleep comfortably.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property, my collection of games, and our kayak.

There are tons of activities nearby. During the winter, enjoy the skating at Tom Anderson Rink, ice fishing behind the property, and skiing at the Kawartha Nordic Ski Resort (30 mins away) and taste unique fruit wines & ciders at the Kawartha Country Wines (20 mins away).

Please note there are two security cameras at the property on the outside of the building. One door bell camera facing at the entrance and one at the back of the property facing the open area by the dock. Neither of the cameras have recording capabilities and are only for security reasons. There are no other cameras inside or outside the property.
