Summary: We like the concierge services and the private lounge and the amenities that were offered to us. We had an issue with water pressure in the toilet. We left a message and had to call back 4 hours later when no one re. Toilet worked for a few hours and broke again. It was also unclear how to check into the towers. We were taken to the desk but told that a separate phone number needed to be called. The valet assisted with luggage and accepted my tip but then took money from my husband who didn’t know that I already gave a good tip for the amount of work that he did. We were told to move away from the front desk with our full luggage cart. This is where the valet instructed us to be only to be told we were in the way and needed to move our luggage cart away from their front desk. We had to wait for a representative from the towers to come down and bring us upstairs.
