The four season cabin is located just a few miles North of Park Rapids, East of Itasca State Park, and West of Nevis on the world renown Mantrap Muskie Lake.
The space is perfect for family retreats, friend gatherings and remote working. The four season cabin is ideal for a warm summer weekend getaway, or a winter wonderland adventure.
The home has an expansive kitchen and connected family room just feet away from Mantrap Lake.
The first level of the cabin also has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and in-unit washer / dryer.
Upstairs, there is another apartment-like dwelling - complete with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchenette and a large outdoor patio.
The detached garage has a ping pong table, bikes for most sizes, canoe, paddle boat, paddle boards and beach toys.
Guests are welcome to access the entire property - including: a dock, lawn and plenty of patio space.
You are welcome to bring your own boat - launching from Mantrap Lake's public launch.
Please note: the property does not offer a boat lift and any boats must be removed during inclement weather, as to not damage the dock.
